RNSA Sponsoring Costs

RNSA will sponsor the travel costs of academics seeking to attend workshops not in their state.  This means, we will cover the airfare and accommodation cost for the nights of the conference at the selected conference accommodation.

RNSA cannot sponsor the costs of members for Industry or other organizations who wish to attend, it is outside the operating policy.

However, RNSA will often sponsor the costs of speakers at our conferences, particularly where they need to source expert speakers from overseas. 

RNSA Travel Policy

Travel is not re-imbursed by RNSA when in is booked independently. RNSA use STA Travel at Melbourne University to book all sponsored travel.

To have travel sponsored, you must first be approved by the RNSA Network Convener. Please go to the  application for travel to RNSA workshops (download a PDF copy) read, complete the information requested, and sign it, and where necessary have this document signed by an Authorised Signatory for your Institution/Organisation.

Only airfares and accommodations are covered, taxis, telephones, meals etc are at the participants own expense.
