The RNSA will have a Network Convenor and Administrators. They will work under the guidance of management and research program coordinating committees. There will also be an Advisory Board, composed of key stakeholders, whose role is to give strategic advice to the RNSA management committee. The network research areas of physical infrastructure security, information infrastructure security, and surveillance and intelligent systems will be administered as research hubs, each with a coordinator and some administrative support staff.

The RNSA Governance arrangements are shown in the figure below. Three committees will govern the RNSA: The Advisory Board, the Management Committee and the Research Program Coordinating Committee.
